Longevity

Poor Korean factory worker Ji-Eun submits her body for medical trials in order to care for her sick mother and eight-year-old Sun – the daughter she has always claimed to be her younger sister. Desperate for money, Ji-Eun enrols in a dangerous new experiment, where she will be physically joined together with an older Danish doctor, Ann, who is dying from a rare degenerative disease. Through this process, sharing blood and bodies, the pair become more intimately connected than they had imagined. And as the lines of identity between them blur, so do the relationships between Ann, Ji-Eun and Sun.
